Refund and Returns Policy

At Young Beauty, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products of the highest quality. We take great care to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- Change of Mind: Young Beauty will not provide an exchange solely based on a change of mind. A valid proof of purchase and a satisfactory reason for the exchange must be provided. For the product to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
- Be in resellable condition.
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Note: Young Beauty reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind.
- Faulty or Damaged Products: You may be eligible for an exchange if the product(s) received are faulty or damaged. Young Beauty will require satisfactory proof of purchase and evidence of damage before proceeding with the exchange. A photo supporting your claim must be provided.
- The exchange will be made for the original product(s) only, not for any alternative products.
- The exchange is only applicable if the customer returns the product(s) via a courier of their choice.
- You will be responsible for any return shipping and handling charges (please note that we do not accept C.O.D. shipments).
- Sale Products: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the item at our office.
